Hmmm... now that I've got you here, what to show/tell you? 


The basics:  I currently work in DC as Congressman Ron Paul's congressional press secretary.

I've been married to Mike for 6 years.  We have no kids, but 3 dogs and a parrot.  We met swing dancing and we still like to jive and wail.

I like to write, and am pretty opinionated, in the classical liberal flavor.  I am also developing quite a fascination for video editing and production.

My sense of humor is of the Monty Python, Dr. Demento type - a little odd.  I don't think Woody Allen is remotely funny.

I like musicians with genuine talent, like Sting, Asylum Street Spankers, John Mayer, even Eminem.  I generally don't enjoy live bands.  I'd much rather have an interesting conversation.

On Capitol Hill, I like the fact that I can be an active part in the fight for freedom, whether its your freedom to play online poker, buy porn, drink raw milk, have greater choice in how you educate your kids, spend your money, or get healthcare.  I like being an adult.  I think our government should treat us accordingly.  If you are only free to make good decisions, you are not really free.
